01 / Meet your LumiWatch
Display: view the mode and time.
Power button: upper button on the right. Mode button: lower button on the right.
USB-C charging port: left side. Rear light-source area: 8 × 650 nm + 1 × 830 nm.

02 / How to wear
1. Keep skin clean and dry before use.
2. Wear on the inner wrist with the light-emitting surface against the skin. Do not wear with the light-emitting surface facing outwards.
3. Adjust the strap for a comfortable, close fit. Avoid overtightening.
03 / Start and modes
1. Press and hold the power button to turn on.
2. Briefly press the mode button to switch modes.
Quick: 20 minutes | Daily: 40 minutes | Deep: 60 minutes
These are single-session mode durations, not a total daily usage limit.
Use once or multiple times daily, following the product instructions and guidance from a qualified professional.
04 / Charging
Use the USB-A to USB-C charging cable.
Input: 5V⎓1A. Keep the charging port dry while charging.
Charging-status icons and the actual display remain to be confirmed. No replacement icons are illustrated here.

Do not look directly at the light source.
Keep the product dry and clean. Avoid impact. Do not disassemble.
Do not use while bathing, swimming or in wet environments.
